Many users have a common doubt that which is the best one WordPress or blogger
actually none of them are perfect
first of all i'm not a programmer,i am just a beginner like you
as far as my experience i would prefer blogger to WordPress because
- blogger uses simple coding techniques like html,css whereas in WordPress its complex
- so customization is simple for beginners in particular
- also there were many freely available widgets templates for blogger
- limited access for free users in WordPress but u can get a lot of customization for pro users.
- a simple gmail id is enough for blogger blog no additional registration required
